基于ERP和MES相集成的物流信息系统研究

现代物流是企业的“第三利润源”，对于离散型制造企业尤其重要.离散型制造企业物流信息分散复杂，因此需要建立整套物流信息系统以保证信息的完整准确性.企业建立的基于ERP的物流信息系统是针对于企业计划层的信息系统，而建立的基于MES的物流信息系统是针对于企业执行层的信息系统，各系统对于企业物流信息管理的侧重点有所不同，各有利弊.根据ERP和MES的特点以及企业物流管理的需要，提出建立基于ERP和MES相集成的物流信息系统的观点和系统集成的框架.

Studies of logistics information system based on integration of ERP and MES

The modern logistics service is the third profit source to enterprises,especially to dispersed(manufacturing) enterprises.Since dispersed manufacturing enterprises have dispersed and complicated(information),they need to set up a whole set of Logistics Information System(LIS) to ensure the(information's) integrity and accuracy.The LIS based on ERP is oriented towards the planning layer of the management,whereas the LIS based on MES towards the implementation layer.Their emphasis is(different).Each has its own pros and cons.Combining the characteristics of ERP and MES with the needs of enterprise's logistics management,this article puts forward the view of setting up LIS based on the(integration) of ERP and MES and the framework of system integration.
