| Abstract: | In order to hold the market in fierce competition the unremitting innovation must be carried out by enterprises. In this paper the roles of culture innovation played in enterprise development are introduced, meanwhile some innovation measures for enterprise culture in ideas, techniques, management and mechanism aspects are proposed in the new era. |
