| Abstract: | A method for designing the die bearing of shape extrusion,which is based on the three dimensional rigid plastic finite element analysis,is proposed in this paper.With the aim to obtain homogeneous metal flow,the bearing is designed by iteration.A computational example shows that the methodology is practical. |
