紫外分光光度法测定蛋白质的含量

摘    要:蛋白质与生命的起源、存在和进化都密切相关,蛋白质测定涉及到生产和科研的众多领域。本试验用紫外分光光度法进行蛋白质含量的测定,由此分析此方法的特点及适用条件。结果表明,紫外吸收法简单、迅速,且相对较为准确,是测定低浓度蛋白质含量的有效方法。

Abstract:Protein is relation to the origine,exist and advance of life,the determination of it also relates the production and the scientific research.This experiment tested the content of proteins by UV spectrophotometric method.According to the analysis of this experiment,we could analyze and summarize the traits and the suitable conditions of methods.It was showed that the method was simplicity,rapidity and sensitivity for protein in quantification assay.Especially suitable for the determination of low content samples.
