彩色印刷品套准精度分析算法

摘    要:将图像处理技术和分色原理应用于彩色印刷品套准精度检测中,提出一种新的套印精度分析算法。对标准图像与待检图像分色后,对应色的灰度图像进行配准,最后利用图像固有的信息和配准信息获得套印误差。新算法不需要在印刷品边缘印刷套印色标,从而减少了纸张切边等额外工序。实验结果表明,该算法的检测精度和效率均高于传统套印误差检测方法,完全满足精密彩色印刷品套印误差检测的要求。

Abstract:A new algorithm for overprinting accuracy analysis of multi-color printings is presented by applying image processing technology and color separation technology to quality inspection of multi-color printings. The standard image and the images collected from printings are color-separated, then each pair of images with the same color is matched; finally overprinting error is obtained by applying the inherent information embodied in inspected images and image registration data. With the new algorithm it is unnecessary to print color marks on the margin of printing media. So additional operations, such as margin-cutting are unnecessary. The experiment shows that the algorithm has accuracy and efficiency higher than traditional methods. Thus it can satisfy the requirement of precise printings.
