| 摘 要： | 从制造企业的竞争优势理论入手，由制造网络组织引出了企业价值网络和商业生态系统的概念，分析了商业生态系统的一般特点，与网络组织相比，商业生态系统更具有生存优势，指出了具有不同的核心能力的企业建立商业生态系统的不同方式。以生态的观点对企业网络组织进行创新，力求得到一种和谐自然的竞争环境，共同进化，形成一种良性的商业生态系统。

| Abstract: | This paper starts with competence advantage theory,presents concepts of value nets and BEs based on the manufacture network organization.Also the paper discusses geneal characteristics of BEs.It is concluded that BEs have better prespect than network organization.Several modes are presented for enterprises with different core competence to set up their BEs. |
