| 摘 要： | 伏羲是中国古史传说时代的远古帝王，堪称人文始祖。伏羲一生致力于人类的进步，揭开了文化科学的新篇章。从政治、经济、人文、行政等方面对太昊伏羲管理思想进行了系统的阐述，并从中总结出具有现实意义的管理理论，以指导管理实践。

| Abstract: | Fuxi is the ancient emperor in Legendary Period in Ancient China. He is Humane Primogenitor. Fuxi devoted all his life to progress of mankind, created new chapters of culture and science. The management thought of Taihao Fuxi is systemically described from politics, economy, humanity and administration, and practical significance of management theory to guiding practice is summarized. |
