| 摘 要： | 农村金融体制改革,是政府主导型的强制性制度变迁,沿袭正规金融体系及机构,压制非正规金融的诱致性制度变迁,忽视金融机构的基本功能,具有显著的路径依赖特征。从农村金融体制改革的指导思想、农信社管理体制改革和农村合作银行的建立等方面分析了农村金融体制改革的重要性和迫切性,为我国农村金融体制的改革方向提供参考。

| Abstract: | The reform of the rural financial system is the government-dominated system of mandatory changes and the induced institutional changes, following the formal financial system and institutions, and suppressing the informal system, which ignores the basic functions of financial institutions and has a significant pathdependent feature. The importance and urgency of the rural financial system reform are analyzed from several respects： the guidelines of rural financial system reform, the management system of rural credit, the establishment of rural cooperative banks in areas and so on, which is a reference for the direction of the rural financial system reform. |
