选择性流化床冷渣器的冷模数值模拟

摘    要:以国内某电厂100MWCFB锅炉的选择性流化床冷渣器为原型,以1:10的比例建立了一个冷模试验台,采用漂珠作床料,对冷渣器内的气固流动特性进行了试验研究和数值模拟。通过对进渣、排渣等运行工况的模拟,得到冷渣器不同仓室内床压特性和不同仓室之间的床料流动特性,并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明,在合适的流化风速下,床料能比较顺利地依次通过各个仓室,顺利排渣。

Abstract:According to the selective fluidized bed bottom ash cooler in 100MW CFB boiler, a visual cold experimental apparatus at the ratio of 1:10 was set up. Based on the actual floater, experimental study and numerical model on the gas-particle flow characteristic in solids cooler were completed. By modeling of the different ash inlet and outlet condition, we gained the ash pressure feature in different chambers and the ash flow feature between different chambers, then the result with the experimental results are compared. The study results indicate that the ash can get across every chamber and discharged from the solids cooler in the appropriate air velocity.
