结晶器失效分析和表面处理技术的研究进展

摘    要:阐述了目前结晶器广泛应用的电镀工艺镀层的优缺点,分析了连铸机结晶器的工作特点和失效原因,并对连铸结晶器热喷涂技术发展现状进行了阐述,同时结合目前非晶化技术、纳米化技术以及热喷涂技术,提出了一种采用热喷涂技术结合非晶化技术、纳米化技术对连铸结晶器进行表面处理的可能性.

Abstract:The invalidated reason and working characteristic of cyrstallizer are described, and relative merits of coating by means of electroplating technics is analyzed. Meanwhile, the application of thermal spraying to crystallizer is emphasized describes. On the basis of amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy coating technology and thermal spraying technology, possibility that is application of dispose of surface to crystallizer is brought by means of introducing amorphous technology and nanometer technology and thermal spraying technology.
