摘    要:在水平井中,由于砾石充填方向与重力方向相垂直,因而其充填规律与直井存在着根本的区别。为了研究水平井内的砾石充填规律,提高水平井砾石充填率和防砂效果,研制了水平井砾石充填防砂物理模拟试验装置。该装置由透明模拟试验井筒、起升系统、砾石充填设备、数据采集和图象处理系统五大部分组成。利用该物理模拟试验装置对水平井砾石充填机理进行了系统的试验研究,得出了水平段的砾石充填沉积规律。

Abstract:Gravel packing in horizontal holes is quite different from that in straight holes because of the direction of the gravel packing being vertical to the gravity direction. To make clear the rule of gravel packing in horizontal holes, a simulation test device for gravel packing of horizontal holes is developed. The device is comprised of transparent well bore, hoisting mechanism, gravel packing device, data acquisition system and image processing system. The mechanism of gravel packing in horizontal holes is investigated by means of this test device, and the settlement rule of the gravel packing in horizontal segments is obtained.
