X荧光仪国产化过程中的经验及体会--光闸板、样品盖限位微动开关接点方式的设计

X荧光仪主要是用于各种试样的无损检测分析 ,长期以来我国对这类科学仪器主要依赖于进口。为尽快改变这种不利局面 ,加快该仪器的国产化进程 ,我们进行了数年的不懈努力并取得了初步成功。我们将结合国外仪器的一些特点介绍开发国产化仪器的经验体会。本篇以英国牛津QX系列荧光仪为例 ,对光闸板、样品盖限位微动开关的联接和逻辑状态的确定进行了分析 ,从中我们可以体会国外厂商对仪器每一个部件设计的严谨态度和技术上的不断创新。

Experience from the Domestic Production of X-Ray Fluorometry--the design of the contact mode of position limited inching switch between the specimen lid and X-ray flashboard

X-Ray Fluorometry is mainly applied for undamaged testing material analysis. It depended on importation over a long period of time. To change this kind of disadvantageous situation as soon as possible and speed up the Domestic Production progression, we have achieved preliminary success after making untiring efforts for several years. Here, we will discuss some experience from our research and development process in recent years by combining some characteristics of the foreign instruments. This paper used the UK Oxford QX series X Ray Fluorometry as an example to make analysis on the connection of position limited inching switch between the specimen lid and X ray flashboard, and determination of the logic state. We can understand the preciseness and ingenuity of the foreign products from their detailed parts.
