电荷耦合器件的选择

摘    要:本文对电荷耦合器件(CCD)的性能及其影响因素进行了评介,指出量子效率,噪音,动态范围,分辨率,响应速度,阵列格式以及软件等都是用户在购买时应该考虑的重要因素;同时对如何根据需要选择合适的CCD给出了一些建议,并列出了目前能够生产在IR区有响应的CCD的部分有代表性的生产商的网址。

Abstract:Charge Coupled Device (CCD) is used widely because of its high sensitivity,low noise,wide responding range,good resolution and small size.However,it is partly difficult to select an appropriate CCD since a certain CCD can't meet all the demand in various applications.How the factors,such as quantum efficiency,noise,responding range,resolution power,response rate,shape and size of array and software,affect the performance of CCD is explained in detail and some suggestion on how to select CCD is narrated in this paper.Some web cites offering special array wiltch have good response in infrared region is presented among this paper.
