| 摘 要： | 针对目前电子商务运用中所存在的问题，结合当今迅猛发展的网格技术，提出了网格模式下的电子商务模型，对其体系结构和分层结构进行了详细的阐述，通过与传统电子商务的比较，对其功能和特点进行具体的介绍，并展望了电子商务未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | To counter the existing problems in the application of E-commerce, this paper raises the mold of E-commerce under the pattern of grid by combining the rapidly developing network technology nowadays,which explains in detail to its systematic structure and hierarchical structure. By comparison with the traditional E-commerce and the in troduction of its functions and characteristics specifically,the paper looks forward to the developing trend of E-commerce. |
