摘    要:介绍了散热器热工性能测试原理、试验台系统及PID控制原理:按照测试标准的要求,该系统配备了PID控制,设定了PID参数自整定过程。分析了系统整定过程。经过实际测量,该系统完全符合测试标准的要求。

Abstract:The principle of thermodynamic performance test and the test-bed system of radiators as well as the principle of PID control are introduced. According to the requirements of test standard, the system is equipped with PID controllers, the auto-adjusting procedure for PID parameters is set, and the system adjusting procedure is analyzed. After the practical measurement, the system is proved to meet the requirements of test standard entirely.
