硫系玻璃在红外成像系统应用进展

随着红外热像仪在民用领域的广泛应用,低成本高性能的产品正得到业界的重视。本文主要介绍了硫系玻璃在红外光学设计领域的应用前景。相对于红外领域常用的材料单晶锗,硫系玻璃不但具有低成本,折射率随温度变化小(dn/dt)的特点,而且,由于它是非晶态材料,可以用精密的模压工艺来代替用于晶体材料的单点金刚石车削工艺,其批量加工的成本得到了大幅的降低,产品的稳定性,一致性也得到了明显的提高。
