基于C8051F的太阳能电池自动跟踪系统

摘    要:目的研制一种新型、高精度、低成本的二维手自一体跟踪控制系统,提高太阳能光伏电池发电效率.方法控制系统采用C8051F020单片机和可编程逻辑控制器件(CPLD)EPM7064,单片机用Silicon Laboratories IDE和Keil uVision3软件,采用C语言模块化编程;CPLD用MAX+plusⅡ软件,利用其自带的命令语言,实现太阳自动跟踪.结果天文跟踪、光电跟踪及复合跟踪控制系统可根据气候的不同选用不同的跟踪方式,其跟踪精度在0.35。以内,满足聚光光伏发电高精度跟踪要求.结论笔者研制的自动跟踪系统具有可靠性较高,成本低,便于维护经现场测试运行效果良好.

Abstract:The purpose is to improve the efficiency of solar photovoltaic, to develop a new, high-precision, low-cost two axis manual and automatic integration tracking control system. C8051F020 MCU and Complex Programable Logic Device (CPLD) EPM7064 are applied to the control system, Silicon Laboratories IDE and Keil uVision3 with C language modular are applied to the software of the single-chip, and MAX + plus Ⅱ with its own the command language is applied to the software of the CPLD. This realizes automatic tracking the sun. The automatic tracking system was developed in the paper;three track ways were realized which are the photoelectricity track, the astronomy track and the combined track;the different track way was selected according to the climate;its tracking accuracy could reach within 0.35 °, and the requirement of high-precision tracking concentrating photovoltaic power generation was satisfied. The author developed automatic tracking system that had strong dependability, low cost, convenient maintenance and the scene tests running effect.
