| 摘 要： | 通过对自动充填封口机废品率偏高的问题进行试验分析，确认了５个要因。通过针对性的设备改造，废品率下降５０％，提高了投剂收得率，产品外观得到改善，膜用量和电耗也有较大的下降。

| Abstract: | Five important causes were clarified though the analysis of the rejects ratio of automatic filler.Through the improvement,the rejects dropped 50% and receipt ratio raised,the appearance of the products improved,the amount of aluminum foil,the power were saved. |
