巴基斯坦N-J水电工程调压竖井滑模的设计与施工技术

摘    要:巴基斯坦N-J(Neelum-Jhelum)水电工程调压竖井的模体成井直径为9.5 m,井身总衬砌高度超过353 m,采用自升式液压滑模施工技术衬砌,其设计与施工难度较大。针对滑模主桁架自身的结构特点,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行了最恶劣工况的静力学模拟分析校核。结果表明,其结构稳定,满足施工要求。同时,还介绍了滑模的制作组装、运输方案、安装调试、运行拆除等施工方法,供类似工程参考。

Abstract:As the diameter formed by the sliding formwork of the surge shaft for N-J(Neelum-Jhelum)Hydropower Project is 9.5 m with the total lining height of over 353 m,the design and construction are quite difficult. In accordance with the characteristics of the main truss of the sliding formwork,the finite element software—ANSYS is adopted for analyzing and checking the static simulation made on the worst working condition of it. The result shows that its structure is stable for meeting the construction requirement. Meanwhile,the construction methods for the manufacture and assembly,transport,installation and debugging,running and disassembling,etc. are described as well,so as to provide references for the similar project.
