普通预制混凝土砌块护坡砂石料反滤层设计方法探讨

摘    要:本文阐述了普通预制混凝土砌块的护坡结构现状,探讨了其砂石料反滤层的设计方法,并对安徽省20个水利工程的坡基土体进行了颗粒分析。结果表明,当满足0.1 mm≤D_(15)≤0.3 mm,D100.5 mm,D_(90)=20 mm时,采用不间断级配的砂石料可以满足反滤和排水要求。根据试验结果,结合具体实例,提出了一种计算砂石料反滤层配合比的方法。为安徽省制定普通预制混凝土砌块护坡工程的砂石料反滤层设计规范或标准提供了参考。

Abstract:The status of the slope protection structure built with the conventional precast concrete block is expatiated herein and the method for design of the sand-rock filtering layer for it is also discussed,meanwhile,the particle analysis is made on the slope foundations of 20 water works in Anhui Province. The result shows that when 0.1 mm≤D15≤0.3 mm,D10<0.5 mm,D90=20 mm are satisfied,the adoption of the sand-rock materials with continuous grading can meet the requirements of filtering and drainage concerned. According to the relevant experiment result,a method to calculate the mixing ratio for the sand-rock filtering layer is proposed in combination with the specific cases; which provides a reference for constituting the design criteria or standards for the sand-rock filtering layer for the slope protection structure built with the conventional precast concrete block in Anhui Province.
