| 摘 要： | 针对我国常用有色金属矿产资源供需矛盾和对外依存度越来越高的问题,提出了提高我国有色金属资源安全应采取的对策,即加强矿产资源的保护力度;加大矿产资源勘探投入;提高科技水平和自主创新能力,提高有色金属矿产资源和再生资源综合利用率;积极参与海外资源开发、建设稳定的供应基地等.
