摘    要:应用LS-DYNA3D软件对聚能杆式弹丸的形成过程进行数值模拟,研究了药型罩外曲率半径、壳体厚度、外层炸药等因素对聚能杆式弹丸成型的影响规律,得出形成理想聚能杆式侵彻体的各参数之间的关系;并对比分析了钢壳和铝壳形成理想聚能杆式弹丸的条件差异;模拟结果可应用于轻型壳体的聚能杆式战斗部结构设计。

Abstract:The software of LS-DYNA3D is applied to numerical simulation of the formation process of rod shaped projectile. The influencing factors such as outside curvature radius of liner, thickness of casing and outer explosive on the formation of rod shaped projectile is studied. The correlations among all the structural parameters for the formation of an ideal rod shaped projectile are determined. The influence of casing material on formation of projectile is investigated. Moreover,the difference of condition between the use of steel casing and aluminum casing in forming an ideal rod shaped projectile is compared and discussed. The simulation results can be applied to design the rod shaped projectile warhead with light casing.
