基于MATLAB的螺旋锥齿轮齿面接触轨迹快速求解方法的研究

摘    要:以格里森制螺旋锥齿轮的加工原理为依据,建立了螺旋锥齿轮副的齿面数学模型,并通过坐标变换,在装配坐标系下建立了螺旋锥齿轮副的齿面接触模型,在此基础上提出了用MAT-LAB编程来实现螺旋锥齿轮齿面接触轨迹的快速求解方法,算例计算结果表明该方法具有编程简单,收敛性好,计算稳定,求解效率高等特点。

Abstract:According to the machining principle of Gleason for spiral bevel gears, the teeth surface mathematic models are established respectively for gear and pinion of spiral bevel gears. Moreover, by certain coordinate transformation, the teeth surface contact models are also built in the assembly coordinate system. A solution approach based on MATLAB software programming is proposed to fmd rapidly teeth surface contact locus of spiral bevel gears. The calculation results for example demonstrated that the presented solution approach for teeth surface contact locus of spiral bevel gears has many advantages such as simple programming, good convergence and calculation stability and high efficiency etc.
