聚苯乙烯-蒙脱土插层复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:首先对钠蒙脱土进行有机处理,使其为有机蒙脱土。IR,XRD表明,有机阳离子已和钠蒙脱土发生离了交换作用,同时使层间距变大。然后利用熔融插层法制备了聚乙烯-蒙脱土层复合材料,和纯聚苯乙烯及常规填充聚苯乙烯相比,所得插层复合材料的热性能和力学性能都有提高,在不牺牲材料冲击强度的情况下,复合材料的模最胡着蒙

Abstract:Alkylammonium ions were used to treat Na montmorillomite (Na MMT).IR and XRD indicated alkylammonium ions had exchanged with Na ions in Na MMT.Then PS 12cMMT intercalated hybrid was prepared by melt intercalation process.The thermal properties of the hybrid were improved and the modulus of the hybrid was increased without ascrificing the impact strength which showed the molecular chains of PS had intercalated into the gallery of MMT.
