振动冲击夯机冲击能量的简化计算和测试方法

摘    要:根据行业标准JG/T5014-1992的精神,宜对振动冲击夯的冲击能量进行测试,针对目前生产的机型,多是经过多次改进的结构,工作机理均已逐渐趋于统一,为避免考虑不必要的繁琐因素,采取必要的简化手段,推导出能广泛应用的冲击能量计算公式,并通过实际测试计算检验,证明了在采用刚度足够大的单压簧夯机中,应用这种简化的计算公式,计算结果是准确的,而且在测试方法上也是简单易行的。

Abstract:The trade standard JG/T5014-1992 requires th at the impact energy of vibrationimpact rammer be measured.With the multi-time improved structure the working mechanisms of different currently manufactured vibration-impact ramming tools are nearly the same.By neglecting unnecessary factors and applying practical simplifications a formula for calculating the impact energy is proposed in this paper.Calculations and measurements show that the formula is accurate for ramming tools with one compressive spring when the rigidity is large enough.The measuring method is also simple and practical.
