摘    要:讨论从被物体表面形状或振型调制的图象光载波信号提取该表面深度或振型全场信息的测量方法,结合成熟的计算机图象处理技术,该方法可构成在精度、量程、自动化程度方面具有很强适应性的无接触测量系统,文中给出了自动测量系统的构成设计,并给出了测量实例。

Abstract:This paper discusses the 3-D object surface deepth and vibration shape measurement using Photocarrier method. The object surface deepth information can be obtained from the image of the Photocarrier modulated by the surface shape. By computer image processing techique the measurement system based on this method will be adaptive to various accuracies, ranges and automaticity. Some examples are given and disscussed in the end.
