TiO2光催化空气灭菌研究

摘    要:研究了空气的TiO2光催化灭菌效果,考察了催化剂载体,TiO2掺银,空气的进气方式以及空气流量等对光催化灭菌率的影响。结果表明,以活性炭为载体的灭菌率高于以硅胶和玻璃珠为载体;TiO2中适量掺银可以提高空气的光催化灭菌效果;进气方式对灭菌率有较大的影响,当采用先经受光化学作用再经受光催化作用的进气方式时,空气光催化灭菌率可以达到95%。

Abstract:The extermination of bacterium in air by photocatalysis of TiO2 was studied. The influence of catalyst carrier, Ag doping TiO2 , the way of air entering column and the flux of air were discussed. The results are: the catalyst carrier with active carbon is better than that with silica gel and glass bead. Ag doping TiO2 can improve photocatalytic efficiency;The way of air entering column has important influence on photocatalysis,When the photochemical action is first ,and then the photocatalysis action is lotter, the rate of exterminating bacterium in air can reach 95%.
