摘    要:用CO2激光器对用于CA141发动机缸体的灰铸铁材料表面进行激光处理,研究了激光功率和扫描速度等工艺参数对硬化层硬度和表面粗糙度的影响,从而优化了工艺参数,并对激光处理区的显微组织进行了观察分析.

Abstract:Grey cast iron of engine body of CA141 truck was treated by CO_2 laser.Parameters of laser surface hardening such as laser power and scanning rate on hardness and roughness of hardening surface were optimized, and microstructure of laser treated region was analyzed.
