基于模块化理论的某带式舟桥模块划分研究

摘    要:模块划分的合理性对舟桥装备的综合保障性能及生产成本具有重要影响,基于模块化设计理论,对某带式舟桥模块化设计中的模块划分环节进行了研究;在结构功能分析的基础上,提出了模块划分原则,确定了相关性指标参数并建立了相关性矩阵,利用最大树方法对功能模块进行类聚分析,完成了模块的划分,经过模块划分评价证明方案可行。

Module Partition for a Ribbon Bridge Based on Modularity Theory

Abstract:The rationality of module partition has important influence on support capability and production costs of the ribbon bridge.The module partition was mainly investigated based on modularity theory for a ribbon bridge modular design.On the basis of analyzing the main functional diagram,the module division principle of the ribbon pontoon bridge was established,the module relativity parameter was determined and so was the dependency matrix,the function modules were cluster analysis through maximal tree method, the basic module,structural function module and interface module were divided and it was shown that the scheme was feasible through the evaluation.
