摘    要:清管作业是机动管线的一项经常性工作,而清管器收发装置则是保障清管正常进行的关键设备。通过对现有机动管线清管器收发装置操作流程及原理的分析,找出了该装置在取放清管器、清管器的过球指示信号远传方面存在的不足之处,提出增加一个套筒方便清管器的取放以及外加一个信号远传装置实现更好的现场指示及远传的方案,并对套筒以及远传装置的可能结构进行了设计,并作了对比选择。

Abstract:Pigging operation is a regular work of mobile pipeline,and the PIG trap is the key device to guarantee normal pigging.Based on existing mobile pipeline PIG transceiver operation process and the anal-ysis of the principle,it found the device on picking and placing the PIG.PIG’s ball indicator signal remote transmission of deficiency,proposed adding a sleeve to be convenient for pick-and-place and a signal remote transmission device to achieve better instructions on site and remote transmission scheme.Besides,the possi-ble structures of the sleeve and the remote transmission device are designed and chosen by contrasting.
