注汽系统热效率分析

摘    要:为了有效地降低稠油注汽系统各个环节的热损,在对锅炉、注汽管网、井筒分别进行热损失测试分析基础上,提出了相应提高注汽系统热效率的措施,即注汽锅炉采取自动调节风量和CO2干水清灰技术,注汽管网在优化保温材料基础上采用复合硅酸铝镁进行保温,注汽井筒采用高性能隔热管和保温接箍及伸缩管.实践证明,上述方法可减少稠油注汽系统的热损失,降低能源肖耗.通过以上各环节的改进使注汽系统整体热效率提高5%.

Abstract:after the thermal loss of boiler, steam-injection pipe net and well-bore have been tested, some measures are suggested to taken to increase the thermal efficiency of gas-injection and decrease the thermal loss in steam-injection system of viscous oil reservoir . The measures includes technology of self-controlling the amount of wind entering into boiler and cleaning ash by solid carbon dioxide, on the base of optimizing of thermal insulation material recombination aluminium magnesium silicate are used for steam-injection pipe net to realize thermal insulation. Good heat-proof pipes, heat-preservation coupling and expansion pipe are used for steam injection. In fact, the measures mentioned can decrease the loss of heat effectively and energy consumption. Technologies mentioned above may increase the thermal efficiency five percent.
