钼粉物理改性探讨

摘    要:通过筛分、混料、球磨、气流磨、高温造粒、雾化造粒、等离子造粒等方法对钼粉进行处理,分析了这些方法对钼粉物理性能,如费氏粒度、粒度分布、松装密度、振实密度、流动性以及形貌等指标的改变,为钼粉物理改性发展方向提供参考。

Abstract:Molybdenum powder was processed by the methods of sieving,blending,ballmilling,jet mill,high temperature granulating,spraying dry and plasma granulation.The effects of those methods on the physical properities of molybdenum powder were analyzed,such as Fsss,particle size distribution,bulk density,tap density,flowability and morphology and etc.The results will provide a reference for the developing trend of molybdenum powder's physical modification.
