路邦土壤强固剂对红土力学特性的影响研究

摘    要:文章通过红土样中加入土壤强固剂前后的击实试验、直剪试验、渗透试验和压缩试验的对比分析,研究了路邦土壤强固剂对云南典型红土的加固效果。结果表明,红土样中加入了土壤强固剂,可以提高红土样的最大干密度和最优含水率,有效提高红土样的抗剪强度,大大降低红土样的渗透性和压缩性。抗剪强度指标随试样静置时间的延长和土壤强固剂加入比例的增大而增大;渗透性、压缩性随试样静置时间的延长和土壤强固剂加入比例的增大而减小;最大干密度随试样静置时间的延长和土壤强固剂加入比例的减少而减小,最优含水率则相反。证明路邦土壤强固剂可以显著改善红土的力学性能,提高强度,减小变形,有效防渗。

Abstract:The paper has made a study of the effect of the Roadbond soil reinforcing agent on the typical laterite available in Yunnan Province by means of comparison and analysis of the results obtained from compaction, direct shear, permeability and compression tests that were carried out before and after adding the agent into laterite. The results indicate that the maximum dry density and the optimum water content of the laterite are increased, and its shear strength is raised significantly while its permeability and compressibility are greatly reduced. The shear strength increases with extension of storage time of the test sample and with increase of the quantity of the agent added into the test sample while the permeability and compressibility both decrease with extension of storage time of the test sample and with increase of the quantity of the agent added into the test sample. The maximum dry density decreases with extension of storage time of the test sample and with decrease of the quantity of the agent added into the test sample but the optimum water content is quite the contrary. The test and study have proved that the Roadbond reinforcing agent can remarkably improve the mechanical properties, increase the strength, reduce both deformation and permeation of the laterite.
