| Abstract: | This paper discusses the seismic reaction of the irregular plane structure under rare occurrence earthquake in differents directions by the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis to a representative structure,it states a new viewpoint that the irregular plane structure should be designed in different seismic directions,it discusses happening and distributing situation of plastic hinge. |
