摘 要: | 针对当前国内正在日益推广应用的高光无熔痕注塑成型技术,介绍了其技术原理及主要的实现方式,重点阐述了蒸汽高光无熔痕成型技术的工艺过程和生产设备。研究了在蒸汽高光无熔痕注塑模具的热疲劳开裂预防、加热冷却通道优化、超高镜面抛光等关键技术,实现了塑件表面高光、无熔痕、无流痕、无流线,达到镜面效果,提高了塑件强度和表面硬度。

Abstract: | The high-gloss & no-weldline steam injection molding technology has been increasingly applied in China. Its technical principle and realization method were introduced. The working process and manufacturing devices of this technology were described in particular. Some key technologies were researched, such as the prevention of the mold crack from thermal fatigue, the optimization design of the heating and cooling channels and the fine mirror polishing technique. Through this technology, fine product surface quality was acquired which featured high-gloss, no weld-line, no flow mark, no flow line and mirror effect. Meanwhile, the part's strength and surface hardness were also improved. |
