结晶硅微粉在聚合物中的应用

摘    要:结晶硅微粉以其高热稳定性、高导热率、低热膨胀系数被广泛用于聚合物改性。本文在结晶硅微粉的性能及用途的基础上,从结晶硅微粉超细化、粉石英的开发、结晶硅微粉的表面改性以及高填充硅微粉/聚合物研究进展等方面综述了结晶硅微粉在聚合物中的应用和技术进展。

Abstract:Due to its high thermal stability,high thermal conductivity and low thermal-expansion coefficient,the crystalline silica powder has been extensively applied in modifioation treatment for polymer.On the basis of reviewing the performance and usage,this paper summarized the application of crystalline silica powder in polymer and the technical progress from following several aspects:the ultra-fining of crystalline silica powder,the exploitation and utilization of powder quartz,the surface modification of crystalline silica powder and the research progress in high filled crystalline silica powder/polyner,etc.
