| 摘 要： | 介绍了风电机组向大型化、海洋化和调速化方向发展的基本情况。阐明了海上风电场的优势及需要进一步做好的几项工作,包括风力资源的情况调查,建设条件分析等。同时还阐明了降低风电机组成本的方法,风力发电开发方面的科研课题和创建自主品牌的迫切性和必要性。

| Abstract: | Essentials of wind power sets developing towards larger capacity,oceanic application and speed controllability are being explained,together with an elucidation of the advantages of oceanic wind power fields and further work that should be done,including investigation of wind energy resources,conditions required for construction etc.Ways of cutting down the cost of wind power units,relevant topics of research,as well as the urgency and necessity of developing original brands of equipment by ourselves are also mentioned. |
