油墨稀释方式对凹印冰花锤纹效果的影响研究

摘    要:确定温度对UV冰点油墨的影响,并找出满足印刷生产的加热温度。通过对照实验,验证不同加热温度对冰点油墨粘度与印刷效果的影响,通过SPSS软件进行数据分析,实验指标为冰花锤纹表面浮雕效果的成型效果。恒温水浴加热冰点油墨可以调节油墨粘度,加热温度在70℃、80℃时凹印冰花锤纹效果与丝印效果接近,此时油墨粘度在21²~24²之间,其中以80℃时整体版面效果更加符合生产要求。水浴加热冰点油墨的凹印效果可以满足目标烟标生产要求,为凹印生产冰花锤纹效果油墨粘度调节方式与类似烟标生产提供了参考。

Abstract:To determine the effect of temperature on UV freezing inks and to find the heating temperature that meets the printing production.Through the control experiment,the effects of different heating temperatures on the viscosity and printing effect of the freezing point ink were verified.The data analysis was carried out by SPSS software,and the experimental index was the forming effect of the surface relief effect of the ice hammer hammer pattern.The constant temperature water bath heating ice point ink can adjust the viscosity of the ink.When the heating temperature is 70℃and 80℃,the effect of gravure ice hammer is close to the silk screen effect.At this time,the ink viscosity is between 21"and 24",and the whole is 80℃.The layout effect is more in line with production requirements.The gravure effect of water bath heating ice point ink can meet the requirements of target cigarette label production,and it provides a reference for the production of ink viscosity and the similar cigarette label production for gravure printing.
