紫外辐射消毒中UVC辐射照度的测量与溯源

摘    要:紫外消毒是灭活新型冠状病毒COVID-19的有效方法之一,具有高效、广谱、彻底、无抗药和无二次污染等优点。紫外消毒的效果取决于微生物所接受到的紫外辐射波长和辐射剂量等因素。准确的紫外辐射照度测量和控制合适的UVC紫外辐射剂量是达到有效杀菌消毒效果的重要条件。紫外辐射剂量不足不能有效杀灭病毒,过量则造成能源浪费、物品老化甚至人体伤害。本文介绍了紫外辐射的波长划分、紫外消毒的原理、紫外辐射剂量、紫外消毒(杀菌)灯和紫外辐射照度计的选择和使用方法。研究表明:对于不同的紫外辐照水平,UVC消毒所需的紫外辐射剂量存在较大差异。因此紫外消毒时不仅要考虑紫外辐射剂量,还要关注紫外辐射照度的强弱。建议尽快开展紫外辐射照度水平与新型冠状病毒COVID-19紫外消毒效果的定量化研究。

Abstract:Ultraviolet(UV)disinfection is one of the effective methods to inactivated COVID-19,with advantage of high efficiency,broad spectrum,thoroughly,no drug resistance,no secondary-pollution,etc.The effect of UV disinfection depends on UV radiant wavelength and UV radiant dose received by virus.Accurate measurement of UV irradiance and control of appropriate UVC radiation dose are important conditions for effective sterilization and disinfection.If UV radiant dose is not enough,disinfection will be invalid,overdose will led to energy waste,aging of material and personal injury.Radiant dose,accuracy measurement and traceability of UV irradiance used in UV disinfection,and using method of UV germicidal lamp and UV radiometer were described in this paper.The results showed that there are great differences in the dosage of UV radiation needed for UVC disinfection for different UV radiation levels.Therefore,UV disinfection should not only consider the dose of UV radiation,but also pay attention to the intensity of UV irradiance.UV radiant dose of inactivated virus is closely related to the level of ultraviolet irradiance,which should be studied quantitatively in UV disinfection of COVID-19.
