荔枝玫瑰酒的营养成分分析与皮肤抗氧化功效研究

摘    要:该研究检测了荔枝玫瑰酒的营养成分及其对D-半乳糖诱导的衰老小鼠皮肤抗氧化作用。60只小鼠随机分为正常组、D-半乳糖处理组、维生素C对照组及低剂量、中剂量和高剂量荔枝玫瑰酒组,饲喂12周后采样分析。结果表明,荔枝玫瑰酒含有丰富的多酚、黄酮、单宁及维生素C,分别为0.43 g/L、0.25 g/L、0.12 g/L和3.15 mg/100 mL;小鼠饲喂12周后,各组体质量无显著差异(P>0.05);高剂量荔枝玫瑰酒(45.00 mL/kg体质量)饲喂可显著提高衰老小鼠皮肤含水率、羟脯胺酸和胶原蛋白含量,降低丙二醛含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,提高谷胱甘肽含量、超氧化歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05),维持皮肤较好的氧化还原稳态;同时通过恢复衰老小鼠皮肤抗氧化和胶原蛋白代谢相关基因表达,抑制了皮肤氧化损伤和胶原分解。

Abstract:The nutrient component of litchi rose wine and its antioxidant effect on D-galactose-induced aging mouse skin were detected. The 60 mice were randomly divided into normal group, D-galactose treatment group, vitamin C control group and low, medium and high dosage of litchi rose wine group, and the samples were analyzed after feeding for 12 weeks. The results showed that litchi rose wine was rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, tannin and vitamin C, which were 0.43 g/L, 0.25g/L, 0.12 g/L and 3.15 mg/100 ml, respectively. There was no significant difference in body weight between groups after feeding 12 weeks (P>0.05). The high-dose litchi rose wine (45.00 ml/kg body weight) feeding could significantly increase skin moisture, hydroxyproline and collagen content of aging mice, reduce malonaldehyde content, and glutathione peroxidase activity, and increase glutathione content, superoxide dismutase and catalase activity (P<0.05), maintain good redox homeostasis of the skin. Meanwhile, the skin oxidative damage and collagen breakdown could be inhibited by recovery expression of the genes related to antioxidant and collagen metabolism in aging mice skin.
