摘    要:该研究以洛伐他汀产量为响应值,通过单因素试验及响应面法优化红曲霉固态发酵酒糟制备洛伐他汀的工艺条件。结果表明,红曲霉发酵酒糟制备洛伐他汀的最佳发酵条件为装料量45 g/500 mL,接种量25%,初始含水量56%,分段发酵温度28 ℃,发酵时间17 d。在此最优发酵条件下,洛伐他汀产量达(6.97±0.05) mg/g,是优化前的1.3倍,为酒糟等工业废弃物的资源化利用提供参考。

Abstract:Using lovastatin production as response value, the production conditions of lovastatin from distillers' grains by solid-state fermentation of Monascus were optimized by single factor experiments and response surface method. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: charge 45 g/500 ml, inoculum 25%, initial water content 56%, two-stage fermentation temperature 28 ℃, and time 17 d. Under the optimal conditions, the production of lovastatin was up to (6.97±0.05) mg/g, which was 1.3 times of that before optimization, which provided a reference for the resource utilization of distillers' grains and other industrial wastes.
