生物发酵法生产丁醇的优化策略

摘    要:生物丁醇可以替代部分的化石燃料,生物发酵法生产丁醇存在着产物浓度低,副产物多,原料利用能力差等问题,尤其是利用非粮原料发酵生产丁醇。该文主要从当前的菌种改良、培养基配比优化与培养工艺优化这三方面进行归纳总结,旨在为改善发酵法生产丁醇与提高丁醇生产效益提供参考,推动丁醇生产工业的发展。

Abstract:Biobutanol can replace some fossil fuels. The production of butanol by biological fermentation had the problems of low product concentration, more by-products, and poor utilization of raw materials, especially the production of butanol by non-grain raw materials. In this paper, the current optimization strategies in three aspects: strain improvement, medium ratio optimization and culture process optimization were mainly summarized, aiming to provide a reference for improving production and efficiency of biobutanol, and promoting the development of butanol production industry.
