福白菊总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:以麻城福白菊为原料,利用单因素试验及响应面试验设计优化微波辅助提取总黄酮工艺,并评价提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明,福白菊总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:40(g:mL),微波提取时间60 s,微波功率400 W。此优化条件下,总黄酮得率为7.31%。抗氧化试验结果表明,当总黄酮类提取物质量浓度为0.010 g/L时,还原力为0.099,其总抗氧化能力最强;当其质量浓度为0.50 g/L时,清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的能力最强,为77%。

Abstract:Using Macheng Chrysanthemum morifolium as raw material, the microwave-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids was optimized by single factor tests and response surface methodology, and its antioxidant activity were evaluated. The results showed that the optimum extraction process for total flavonoids from C. morifolium was as follows: material to liquid ratio 1∶40 (g∶ml), microwave extraction time 60 s, and power 400 W. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was 7.31%. The antioxidant tests results showed that when the concentration of total flavonoids extract was 0.010 g/L, the reducing power was 0.099, and the total antioxidant capacity was the strongest; when the concentration was 0.50 g/L, the scavenging activity on DPPH free radical was the strongest of 77%.
