摘    要:以氨基葡萄糖发酵液为实验料液,采用膜分离技术对其进行过滤处理,对氨基葡萄糖发酵液中的可溶蛋白进行去除,以通量和对可溶蛋白截留率为评价指标进行效果评估。结果表明,采用8 nm陶瓷膜对该发酵液进行过滤,设定操作压力为0.26 MPa,膜面流速控制为4.5 m/s,物料温度为50~55 ℃,物料pH为3.5~4.0,浓缩倍数为3倍,透析水浓缩液质量3.3倍,可使该物料收率达到97%以上,对发酵液中的杂蛋白截留率达49%,处理后的浓缩液可用于动物饲料的制备,因此在氨基葡萄糖过滤领域陶瓷膜值得大力推广。

Abstract:Using glucosamine fermentation broth as experimental feeding liquid, it was filtrated by membrane separation technology, the soluble protein in glucosamine fermentation broth was removed, and the results was evaluated using flux and soluble protein retention as evaluation indexes. The results showed that the under the condition of fermentation broth filtered with 8 nm ceramic membrane, operating pressure 0.26 MPa, membrane surface flow rate 4.5 m/s, material temperature 50-55 ℃, material pH 3.5-4.0, concentration multiple 3 times, dialysis water 3.3 multiple of the mass of the concentrated liquid, the yield of the material could reach more than 97%, and the retention rate of foreign proteins in the fermentation liquid could reach 49%. The concentrated solution after treatment could be used for the production of animal feed, so ceramic membranes in the field of glucosamine filtration deserved to be vigorously promoted.
