| 摘 要： | 通过基于Pro／E的软件及其外挂PDX的电器支架多工位级进模设计，介绍了运用PDX设计级进模的方法和步骤，分析了PDX设计过程中的难点和要点。应用Pro／E及其外挂PDX软件，实现了电器接线卡级进模的零件及组件的3D参数化设计，提高了设计效率，缩短了级进模开发周期。

| Abstract: | Through designing a multi-position progressive die for electric appliance holder based on Pro/E and its extensional software PDX, the progressive die design method and steps using PDX were introduced, and the difficulties and key points in design process were analyzed. Using Pro/E and its extensional software PDX, the 3D parameterized design was realized in the design of parts and assembly in multi-position progressive die of electrical wiring card part. By this method, the design efficiency was improved and the design cycle of progressive die was shortened. |
