摘    要:本文利用高速摄像和图像处理技术,对离心泵半开式叶轮内的气液两相流动进行了图像测量。结果表明,单气泡运动轨迹都有向叶片非工作面靠拢的趋势,但随运行工况的改变,其运动轨迹略有变化。另沿叶轮轴向选择3个测量断面,分别获得了不同掺气量、不同运行工况下多气泡滞留图谱。由图谱可知,当被输送介质掺气量达到一定浓度时,气泡总是先在叶轮后盖板和叶片出口非工作面附近滞留,随掺气浓度增大,逐步发展到叶轮前盖板和叶片工作面附近,且运行工况对气泡滞留图谱也有一定影响,大流量运行工况对滞留气泡有一定的冲刷作用,小流量运行工况下气泡滞留严重。

Abstract:The high-speed photography and image processing technologies are applied to measure the trajectories of isolated bubbles and the behaviors of the big bubbles detained in the flow passage of pump. The measurement result indicates that most of the bubbles will shift toward the suction side of the blade no matter where they initially were. The trajectories of the isolated bubbles under different operation conditions are slightly different. The big bubbles are detained at the vicinity of the hub and outlet of the suction side of the blades, and the range of detention will extent to the middle part of the pressure side of blade if the volume concentration of the gas phase increases.
