基于液体媒质的非接触型超声波电机理论与实验研究

摘    要:非接触型超声波电机有效地解决了接触型超声波电机因接触摩擦所引起的使用寿命低、不能长时间连续运转等难题,是超声波电机领域的一个新的研究方向。介绍了一种基于液体媒质的非接触型超声波电机,其定子与转子是不接触的,并且转子浸于液体媒质之中,定子压电振动所产生的能量通过定、转子间的液体传递给转子,从而驱动转子旋转。给出了该电机的结构及驱动电路,对其运行机理进行了理论分析,利用有限元法对定子振动情况进行了模态分析,讨论了水位高度、定子振动速度等对电机性能的影响,并通过实验进行了验证,实验测试结果与理论分析结果相一致。

Abstract:Compared with the contact type ultrasonic motor, the non contact type one resolves the problems caused by friction, such as shorter life expectancy and continuous running time. So it is a new research direction in the field of ultrasonic motor. The motor introduced in this paper is a non contact type ultrasonic motor with fluid medium. The rotor swimming in fluid isn't in contact with the stator directly. The energy produced by the piezoelectric vibration is transferred from the stator to the rotor through the fluid medium. The rotor then rotates by the energy. The structure and the driving circuit are introduced in this paper. The operating principle of the motor is also analyzed. The natural frequency of the stator is analyzed by use of the Finite Element Method (FEM).The effect of water height and stator vibration velocity on the characteristics of the motor is also discussed.The results correspond well to the experiment ones.
