| 摘 要： | 教学档案是学校在教学管理和教学实践活动中直接形成的、具有参考价值的文件材料，是衡量一个学校教学管理水平和教育质量的重要指标之一。学校应重视加强对教学档案管理工作的领导及宣传，重视对教学档案管理人员的业务培训，并建立检查、考评制度，切实提高教学档案的质量。
