| 摘 要： | 通过断口观察、显微分析方法并结合生产实际分析了23MuNiMoCr54钢圆环链生产过程中出现断裂的原因.结果表明:原材料的表面裂纹导致了链环出现分层状裂纹,闪光对焊的工艺参数不合理导致了链环的断裂.通过严格表面检验和合理的调整闪光对焊的工艺参数,可避免链环断裂的发生.

| Abstract: | 23MnNiMocr54 chains annulus fracture was analyzed during production by fracture observation and microanalysis.The results show that the surface crack of raw material results in delamination-shape crack of chains annulus.the unreasonable technology parameters of flash butt welding results in fracture of chains annulus.Fracture and cracking of chains annulus are avioded by strict surface test and adjusting technology parameters of flash butt welding reasonably. |
