振动时效对消除焊接残余应力的工艺研究

摘    要:为研究振动时效对钢板机座残余应力是否有效果,我们采用HK21A残余应力测试仪实测焊接件、切割件振动时效前后的效果,并与退火件去应力比较。从试验数据可知:振动时效随振动时间的延长,能起到均化应力的作用,提高和稳定机座精加工后的尺寸精度。

Abstract:In order to research whether vibration aging impact residual stress of stator frame welded with steel plate, we measure the effects of welding workpiece and cutting workpiece before and after the vibration aging by HK21A residual stress tester and compare them with that of annealing workpiece after destressing. The experimental data indicate that the vibration aging can eliminate about 30% of stress and can homogenize stress along with the extension of vibration time.
